UPDATE ON MEMPHIS FLOODING

AB Mauri Fleischmann's anticipates that the Fleischmann's Yeast fresh yeast plant along the Mississippi River in Memphis will remain open despite the rising flood waters. While the Memphis facility is expected to remain operational, contingency plans to supply customers from the company's other manufacturing facilities are in place.

The Mississippi River is expected to crest at 48 feet in Memphis on Wednesday, May 11, 2011. While the Memphis fresh yeast facility is expected to remain operational, contingency plans that involve supplying yeast from the company's other manufacturing facilities are in place to help ensure that customers' bakery operations receive uninterrupted service.
